20 Worple Road, is a detached house converted into four flats with two additional flats in a purpose-built one-storey annexe extension to the rear. The conversion was completed in 1988 with the last of the six leases sold that August.

In June 1988, the Resident property management company, Twenty Worple Road Management Limited, was incorporated.

This company's board comprises the leaseholders of each of the six flats.

In March 2004, Twenty Worple Road Management Limited purchased the freehold and became the Property Landlord.

The company's responsibilities are to collect twice yearly maintenance payments from each leaseholder and then to use this income to purchase building insurance, electricity for the communal area lighting and the ongoing maintenance of the communal areas; including, managing the grounds, and keeping the property in good decorative order.
